Kirsty’s other job is web and graphic design. Back in the “olden days”, she completed a Business and Information Systems degree with a minor in Marketing. After that, she taught herself HTML and started designing websites before they were even an official thing. She has worked for AECOM, Leighton Contractors and HSBC (Vancouver) in various design and marketing roles, before she turned freelance in 2007.
These days, she mostly writes, but still does the occasional website (and of course, all her book covers and teasers).
